Clare is one of the original team from back in 2012 and is now a Company Director.  During this time THW has grown its Lettings division significantly, with Clare in charge of maintaining control and direction of the business, managing the team and maintaining an incredibly strong track record of rental results. She is dedicated to constantly evolving the company whilst ensuring a first class customer service experience for all clients.

Angela began her career in Estate Agency immediately after leaving school as a Junior Negotiator. She joined Thomson Hayton Winkley Estate Agents in 2016 and quickly progressed to become Company Director in 2019.

During this time THW has grown from a 2 branch agency to now having 4 branches covering the southern Lake District. Angela’s role is all encompassing from maintaining control and direction of the business, managing the team and maintaining an incredibly strong track record of sales results. She is dedicated to constantly evolving the company whilst ensuring a first class customer service experience.

Outside the world of estate agency Joanne's heart lies in travel and exploration. A true adventurer at heart, she loves discovering new places and embarking on exciting holidays. Laura joined the team from a hospitality background having worked for some of the South Lakelands best known restaurants and breweries.  Through hard work, determination and a desire to exceed expectations Laura is a very skilled Property Manager who prides herself on providing first class customer service to our Landlords and Tenants.

Since joining Thomson Hayton Winkley Estate Agents Laura has developed a huge passion for finding a perfect home for our tenants and takes great satisfaction from seeing our tenants starting their new chapters.

Outside work Laura thrives on an active and healthy lifestyle.  Laura enjoys swimming, attending yoga classes and hiking in the Lake District and beyond.

Eve comes from a hospitality background, having worked for one of the Lake Districts favourite luxury spa hotels. Eve also has a wealth of sales experience having also worked in the holiday letting industry and the sales of holiday homes. During her time in the industry, she has developed a huge passion for helping people create their dream homes and finds this aspect hugely rewarding.  Being dedicated, driven and determined, Eve has all the skills to provide all our clients with a first class customer service experience. Outside of work, Eve values family time, enjoying moments with her girls. Her leisure activities include walking her dogs with her partner.  A culinary enthusiast, Eve loves cooking and entertaining friends.

Charlotte’s journey is defined by her strong commitment to mastering the intricacies of property management. She brings enthusiasm, attention to detail and a proactive approach to her role, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent client service.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys an active lifestyle and can often be found at the gym. She also values spending quality time with friends, bringing a warm, sociable energy to both her professional and personal life.

Katie is a dedicated Sales Negotiator with a First-Class Honours degree from the University of Cumbria, bringing a strong mix of organisation, enthusiasm, and local knowledge to our Grange-over-Sands office. Born and raised in the area, Katie knows the community inside out, which helps her connect clients with the perfect property to suit their needs. When she’s not at work, Katie’s likely baking up a treat, exploring the outdoors, or cheering on Manchester United. With a passion for fast cars and a love for travel, Katie brings energy and a fresh perspective to the team—always ready to go the extra mile for her clients and colleagues alike.

Holly is a key member of our sales team and plays an important role in supporting the sales process. She brings great attention to detail and a friendly approach, helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly for our clients. Before joining us, Holly gained valuable experience in customer service, where she developed strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Her commitment to helping clients makes her a vital part of our team.

Outside of work, Holly loves spending time with her two daughters, going on fun adventures together. When she’s not busy with family, she enjoys relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of fizz or having a night out with friends. Holly’s cheerful personality and enthusiasm make her a wonderful addition to our sales department.

Lily is a dedicated member of our team, returning to our Kirkby Lonsdale office as a Senior Sales Negotiator after a well-deserved break to focus on her young family. With a long track record at our company, she brings extensive experience in sales negotiation and customer relations, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service. Her time away has enriched her understanding of family needs in the estate agency market, allowing her to provide personalised solutions. Known for her professionalism and empathy, Lily approaches every transaction with a commitment to client satisfaction. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, whether exploring the outdoors or enjoying cozy evenings at home. Graham has lived in the local area all his life and brings over 35 years of experience in the estate agency industry. Having worked in property since 1982, his enthusiasm for helping clients successfully sell their homes remains as strong as ever. Nothing gives Graham a greater buzz than listing a property and ensuring the selling journey is a positive and enjoyable experience.

Outside of work, Graham is a keen runner and cyclist with a real passion for music. A fun fact many don’t know is that he is the DJ for the UK Neil Diamond Fan Club, with Holly Holy being his favourite track. A lifelong football fan, Graham has supported Barnsley FC since his first match in 1967.
