Clare is one of the original team from back in 2012 and is now a Company Director.  During this time THW has grown its Lettings division significantly, with Clare in charge of maintaining control and direction of the business, managing the team and maintaining an incredibly strong track record of rental results. She is dedicated to constantly evolving the company whilst ensuring a first class customer service experience for all clients.

Angela began her career in Estate Agency immediately after leaving school as a Junior Negotiator. She joined Thomson Hayton Winkley Estate Agents in 2016 and quickly progressed to become Company Director in 2019.

During this time THW has grown from a 2 branch agency to now having 4 branches covering the southern Lake District. Angela’s role is all encompassing from maintaining control and direction of the business, managing the team and maintaining an incredibly strong track record of sales results. She is dedicated to constantly evolving the company whilst ensuring a first class customer service experience.

Joanne, is our Senior Sales Negotiator in our Kendal branch, a cornerstone of our team since 2015. With a wealth of experience and a passion for estate agency, Joanne brings a unique blend of professionalism and warmth to every transaction. Having navigated the industry for years, Joanne has proven to be an invaluable asset. Her dedication and expertise have played a significant role in the success of our team. Joanne finds fulfilment in seeing a property sale through from start to finish, making her a trusted and reliable presence. Outside the world of estate agency Joanne's heart lies in travel and exploration. A true adventurer at heart, she loves discovering new places and embarking on exciting holidays. Her family holds a special place in her heart, and she cherishes spending quality time with her husband and children. Whether it's negotiating a sale or exploring new destinations, Joanne approaches every property with the same level of enthusiasm and dedication. Laura joined the team from a hospitality background having worked for some of the South Lakelands best known restaurants and breweries.  Through hard work, determination and a desire to exceed expectations Laura is a very skilled Property Manager who prides herself on providing first class customer service to our Landlords and Tenants.

Since joining Thomson Hayton Winkley Estate Agents Laura has developed a huge passion for finding a perfect home for our tenants and takes great satisfaction from seeing our tenants starting their new chapters.

Outside work Laura thrives on an active and healthy lifestyle.  Laura enjoys swimming, attending yoga classes and hiking in the Lake District and beyond.

Ana is a long standing member of the team and currently heads up Sales in our offices in Grange Over Sands and Kirkby Lonsdale.  Ana was born and raised in Spain and came to the UK to study before joining our team.  Ana is extremely determined and dedicated to achieve the best possible outcomes in all situations.  Ana is often described by both her colleagues and clients as being ‘tenacious’.

With Ana on side anything is possible!  You might bump in to Ana in Grange or Kirkby Lonsdale as she enjoys getting involved in all things community and she is a member of KL Ladies rugby team, bookclub and you may even spot her playing with her samba band.

Amy joined the team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator at the start of 2022.  Amy trained as a florist before following her dreams of working in the Estate Agency industry and brings her creative flair with her.  Amy will generally be your first point of contact over the telephone and when visiting our Kendal office. With her caring and bubbly personality Amy takes pride in delivering first class customer service.

Amy has recently become a homeowner having bought her first home and she is an excellent point of contact for first-time buyers.  Amy is loving all aspects of her role and is looking forward to progressing her career in the industry.

Outside work Amy loves spending time with Missy (her dog) and going for long walks.  Amy has an eye for fashion trends and loves experimenting with make up.

Eve comes from a hospitality background, having worked for one of the Lake Districts favourite luxury spa hotels. Eve also has a wealth of sales experience having also worked in the holiday letting industry and the sales of holiday homes. During her time in the industry, she has developed a huge passion for helping people create their dream homes and finds this aspect hugely rewarding.  Being dedicated, driven and determined, Eve has all the skills to provide all our clients with a first class customer service experience. Outside of work, Eve values family time, enjoying moments with her girls. Her leisure activities include walking her dogs with her partner.  A culinary enthusiast, Eve loves cooking and entertaining friends.

Toni, is our dynamic addition to the lettings team, seamlessly blending a hospitality background with a degree in dance. Toni has made the local area her home and brings a fresh perspective to our team. Toni's career started in dance, showcasing her coordination and attention to detail. Transitioning into hospitality, she became known for her infectious energy. Now a valued member of our lettings team, Toni leverages her diverse skill set to create memorable client experiences. Her welcoming approach and attention to detail ensure efficiency in the lettings process. Outside of work, Toni embraces a healthy and active lifestyle. She's a regular at the gym, enjoys cycling, and finds solace in spending time outdoors. Her commitment to keeping fit and staying active complements her bright and bubbly personality, enhancing team dynamics. With her enthusiasm and local connection, Toni brings a positive impact to our lettings department.
